The deck is equipped with a weber gas grill, dining table, lounge furniture and commands a truly spectacular breathtaking ocean front view of the Atlantic Ocean. From the deck you can have your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, enjoy a bay view sunset over at Little Egg Harbor with cocktails or stargaze the night away. If you like, you can walk 1 ½ blocks to enjoy the sunset gathering at Susan Avenue.

The fishing from the beach directly at the deck is fantastic for kingfish, croakers, fluke, strip bass, bluefish and weakfish.  In their respective seasons, they are abundant. There is private beach access to the lifeguarded beach that is the best the Southern end has to offer.
